ما، امضاکنندگان این متن اعتراضی، به نمایندگی از اقشار گوناگون مردم ایران شامل کارگران، کشاورزان، دانشجویان، استادان، پزشکان، هنرمندان، فعالان مدنی، اقوام و ادیان مختلف، و همهٔ شهروندانی که در اثر تحریم‌های ظالمانه و سیاست فشار حداکثری رنج می‌کشند، هم‌صدا می‌شویم که:

با تحریم‌های غیرانسانی و فشار حداکثری مخالفیم. تحریم‌های یکجانبه و غیرقانونی آمریکا، دولت ترامپ و اتحادیه اروپا زندگی میلیون‌ها انسان بی‌گناه را در ایران تحت فشار شدید قرار داده و به فقر میلیون‌ها نفر انجامیده است و ناقض «حق توسعه» است. ممنوعیت دسترسی به دارو، تجهیزات پزشکی و مواد اولیه ضروری مرگ‌ومیر شهروندان، به‌ویژه بیماران و کودکان را افزایش داده است. این تحریم‌ها به شهادت گزارشگر حقوق بشر سازمان ملل آشکارا نقض حقوق بشر و قوانین بین‌المللی است و به‌عنوان «مجازات جمعی» محکوم می‌شود.

در برابر فشارهای خارجی ضمن اعلام همبستگی ملی اعلام می‌کنیم: اگرچه تحریم‌ها و تبلیغات خصمانه تلاش کرده است تا انسجام ملی ما را تضعیف کند، مردم ایران با تنوع فکری، قومی، مذهبی و اجتماعی خود، همچون گذشته در برابر زورگویی ایستاده‌اند. این فشارها بر عزم ما برای دفاع از حق حاکمیت ملی و کرامت انسانی خود افزوده است.

خواهان تعامل سازنده و احترام متقابل هستیم. دولت آمریکا باید:

- سیاست فشار حداکثری و تحریم‌های غیرانسانی را که نقض حقوق اولیه بشر است، متوقف کند.

- به جای رویکرد تهدید و منازعه، به سمت تعامل و توافق سازنده و مبتنی بر احترام متقابل حرکت نماید.

- از الگوی دیپلماسی تهاجمی دوری کند و به قواعد بین‌المللی پایبند باشد.

ما خواهان همکاری سازمان‌های بین‌المللی و جامعه جهانی برای پایان دادن به اختلاف و سوءتفاهمات هستیم. از سازمان‌های بین‌المللی، نهادهای حقوق بشری و کشورهای مستقل می‌خواهیم:

- سکوت در برابر این جنایت خاموش را شکسته و فشار بر مردم ایران را پایان دهند.

- از موضع‌گیری‌های یکجانبه اجتناب و منافع ملت ایران را در اولویت گفت‌وگوهای سیاسی قرار دهند.

جامعه ایران برای توافق و پایان دادن به اختلافات بدون پیش‌شرط‌های ناعادلانه آماده است. ما باور داریم راه حل چالش‌های منطقه‌ای و جهانی نه در تشدید تنش، بلکه در گفت‌وگو، همکاری و احترام به حاکمیت ملت‌هاست. ایران همواره آماده تعامل مثبت با جهان بوده است، اما این تعامل باید بدون تحمیل شرط‌های ناعادلانه و با محوریت منافع مردم صورت گیرد.

 We Oppose Inhumane Sanctions and Maximum Pressure Policies

The unilateral and illegal sanctions imposed by the United States, the Trump administration, and the European Union have severely impacted the lives of millions of innocent people in Iran, driving millions into poverty and violating their *right to development*. The restrictions on access to medicine, medical equipment, and essential raw materials have increased mortality rates, particularly among patients and children. According to the UN Human Rights Rapporteur, these sanctions are a clear violation of human rights and international law, amounting to collective punishment

Despite efforts by sanctions and hostile propaganda to weaken our national cohesion, the Iranian people, with their intellectual, ethnic, religious, and social diversity, have stood firm against coercion—just as they have in the past. These pressures have only strengthened our determination to defend our national sovereignty and human dignity.

Refrain from unilateral stances and prioritize the interests of the Iranian people in political dialogues-

The Iranian society is ready for negotiations and the resolution of disputes—without unfair preconditions. We believe that the solution to regional and global challenges lies not in escalating tensions but in dialogue, cooperation, and respect for national sovereignty. Iran has always been open to positive engagement with the world, but such interactions must be free from unfair conditions and centered on the well-being of the people
